Susan Cisneros joined PRMG in June, 2009 with focused oversight for all aspects of Human Resources and Facilities Administration, including Recruitment, Benefits Structure, Compensation Planning, Performance Metrics, Space/Logistics Planning and Fiscal Responsibility. Susan has long been an advocate for a performance based culture and believes that every employee is entitled to know and understand what expectations are inherent in the position they accept. As Director of Human Resources, Susan believes training to be an integral part of growing the company from within and has implemented a Career Path outline and salary grade schedules to assistant managers and leaders within the organization an opportunity to groom candidates from within their own team(s) thereby building loyalty and leveraging known work ethic and work product quality by promoting from within the organization. Never one to shy away from conflict, Susan believes in holding people accountable for the duties and responsibilities they accept within the organization. Prior to her position as Director of Human Resources for PRMG, Susan served as Director of Corporate Administration for 12 years at Millennia Mortgage Corporation. A firm believer in open and honest communication, Susan often facilitates and supports counseling sessions between management and support staff in an effort to address uncomfortable situations. Susan’s tenacity and willingness to have the “difficult conversations” has earned her respect and admiration from her peers. Passionate about “getting the right people on the bus” and its possibilities, Susan is consistent in her communication style to make sure that the vision, mission and value proposition of the organization is clearly conveyed in an effort to keep everyone moving in the same direction toward a united goal. Reporting directly to Paul Rozo, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Susan’s leadership, guidance and commitment to excellence have resulted in an impressive history of measurable benchmark achievements directly related to the bottom line profitability inside the organizations she has supported. Susan has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services arena with a particular focus on the aspects relating to labor and employment related matters. Currently in the process of completing her degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, Susan is married and resides in Corona with her husband, Raymond and their children Alex and Jennifer.
