California Consumer Privacy Disclosure

This California Consumer Privacy Disclosure (this “Disclosure”) supplements the Online Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) of Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “PRMG”) and applies solely to California consumers.
This Disclosure does not apply to personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (the “GLBA”) and its implementing regulations, or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.
We adopt this Disclosure to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations (collectively, the “CCPA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Disclosure.
No Sale of Personal Information
In the previous twelve (12) months we have not sold any personal information of consumers (including personal information of consumers under 16 years of age).

To detect security incidents (e.g., prevent, identify, and protect against fraud and criminal activity)

Right to Know Your Personal Information
You may request, twice in a twelve (12) month period, the following information covering the twelve (12) months preceding your request:

Right to Request Deletion of Your Personal Information
You have the right to request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Please feel free to contact us, using the contact information below, to discuss (i) when we are not required to delete your personal information and (ii) how to make a deletion request.
How to Make a Privacy Related Request
There are four (4) different ways you can submit a privacy request to PRMG. In your request please include (i) that you are making a privacy request under the CCPA, and (ii) your contact information so that we can respond.

2. Mail a written request to the address in the “Contacting Us” section below
3. Use the following link (CCPA Privacy Information Requests), enter the requested contact information, and the form
4. Email Privacy@PRMG.net
Once we receive your request, we will contact you to verify and review your privacy request.
Verifying Requests
To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will ask for information (e.g., transaction or contact information) to verify your identity before complying with your privacy related request. Please note, we may not be able to honor your privacy related request in some instances (e.g., when an exception applies or when we cannot verify your identity).
Authorized Agents
For an authorized agent to submit a request on behalf of a consumer, you will be asked to provide an authorization form signed by the consumer.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
Updates to this Disclosure
This Disclosure will be updated periodically and without prior notice. We will post a notice on our website to notify you of any significant changes to this Disclosure or our privacy practices. This version is effective as of the Last Updated date above.
