With over 38 years in the mortgage industry, Michelle has been focused exclusively on the TPO channels since 1991. Michelle oversees both sales and operations for our Northern California/Northwest Division, providing decentralized fulfillment for wholesale mortgage brokers. Her team has won service award after service award as well as industry acclaim by providing good old-fashioned service that comes from direct communication with industry veterans who are skilled in providing solutions and hands-on support.

Michelle offers a unique skill set in that she is well-versed in operations, sales, compliance, underwriting, and effective leadership. She is driven by her pursuit to develop efficiencies and find technology solutions to improve the process, all while building strong relationships with customers.
