Aimee Eller oversees PRMG’s legal and compliance groups and manages the risk governance framework, guiding both protection and opportunity for the company.
Aimee Eller serves as General Counsel at PRMG, having joined the executive leadership team in 2023. With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, she brings deep expertise across legal, compliance, quality-control (QC), risk-management and operational channels.
In her role at PRMG, Aimee oversees the Legal, Compliance, Vendor Management, Servicing, Quality Control, Internal Audit and TPO Approvals Departments. She guides the company through a complex and evolving regulatory environment while safeguarding operational excellence. She partners with ownership and senior leadership to align legal strategy with PRMG’s growth objectives, supporting the company’s efforts to remain agile, resilient and ethically grounded.
Prior to PRMG, Aimee held senior leadership roles across the industry, including leading the legal, compliance, and risk-management functions for a regional retail independent mortgage bank (IMB). Her experience covers every lending channel and operational unit. From LOs to AEs, processing to servicing, and IT to HR, she is versed in the mortgage business with an orientation to constant learning and staff development. She supports innovation and is constantly asking how we can work smarter and more efficiently.
With her breadth of experience and collaborative leadership style, Aimee continues to strengthen PRMG’s foundation of risk management, compliance excellence and strategic legal counsel, ensuring that the company remains a trusted and forward-looking leader across the mortgage industry.

As part of this rigorous and competitive program, participants form teams to develop and present comprehensive industry projects to a panel of MBA executives and peers at the MBA Annual Conference in hopes of winning the prestigious Future Leaders Badge.
Through her ability to lead strategically, collaborate effectively, and produce creative solutions under pressure, Aimee’s team captured first place in this final project presentation. These qualities now define her role as General Counsel at PRMG, where her expertise, teamwork, and forward-thinking approach help guide the company and create an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
Building on her Future Leaders success, Aimee also earned the Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP) Designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
