California Consumer Privacy Disclosure

This California Consumer Privacy Disclosure (this “Disclosure”) supplements the Online Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) of Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “PRMG”) and applies solely to California consumers.

This Disclosure does not apply to personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (the “GLBA”) and its implementing regulations, or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.

We adopt this Disclosure to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its implementing regulations (collectively, the “CCPA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Disclosure.

No Sale of Personal Information

In the previous twelve (12) months we have not sold any personal information of consumers (including personal information of consumers under 16 years of age).

Categories of Personal Information We Collect, or Disclose for a Business Purpose

In the previous twelve (12) months we have collected the following categories (established by the CCPA) of personal information from consumers. The table also shows the categories of personal information we have disclosed for a business purpose in the previous twelve (12) months.

A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers
Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))
A name, signature, social security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information. Internet or other electronic network activity information
Browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an Internet Web site, application, or advertisement

We collect the personal information listed in the table above from the following categories of sources:

  •   Directly from you or your authorizing agents (e.g., from forms you submit or communications you have with   us)
  •   Indirectly from you (e.g., from your visits to, and interactions on, our website)
  •   Service providers, consumer data resellers, and other third parties (e.g., leads from Zillow)
  •   Government entities, consumer reporting agencies, and credit reporting bureaus (e.g., the IRS)
  •   Social networks (e.g., Facebook)
  •   Public record sources (e.g., credit and property history information)

The Business Purposes for Which We Collect or Disclose Your Personal Information

The purposes for which we may collect or disclose your personal information include:

  •   Perform financial services (e.g., reviewing and processing your transactions, loan servicing and processing,   payment processing, auditing, or verifying your information)
  •   Develop and improve products, services, and PRMG (e.g., through analytics, research, and IT services)
  •   Conduct advertising and marketing services
  •   To communicate with you, create and maintain your accounts, and provide customer services
  •   To detect security incidents (e.g., prevent, identify, and protect against fraud and criminal activity)
  •   To comply with and enforce legal requirements (e.g., respond to court orders and legal investigations)

The Categories of Third Parties with Whom We Disclose Your Personal Information

Below is a list of entities to whom we may disclose your personal information:

  •   Service providers and vendors who provide services such as processing and closing loan transactions, loan   servicing and processing, payment processing, customer service, auditing, marketing services, security   services, IT services, and data analytics
  •   Affiliates and marketing partners
  •   Government, law enforcement, and judicial entities as required

Right to Know Your Personal Information

You may request, twice in a twelve (12) month period, the following information covering the twelve (12) months preceding your request:

  •   The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
  •   The categories of personal information we have collected about you
  •   The categories of sources from which your personal information was collected
  •   The categories of personal information that we sold or disclosed for a business purpose
  •   The categories of third parties to whom your personal information was sold or disclosed for a business   purpose
  •   The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information

Right to Request Deletion of Your Personal Information

You have the right to request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Please feel free to contact us, using the contact information below, to discuss (i) when we are not required to delete your personal information and (ii) how to make a deletion request.

How to Make a Privacy Related Request

There are four (4) different ways you can submit a privacy request to PRMG. In your request please include (i) that you are making a privacy request under the CCPA, and (ii) your contact information so that we can respond.

2. Mail a written request to the address in the “Contacting Us” section below

3. Use the following link (CCPA Privacy Information Requests), enter the requested contact information, and the      form

Once we receive your request, we will contact you to verify and review your privacy request.

Verifying Requests

To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will ask for information (e.g., transaction or contact information) to verify your identity before complying with your privacy related request. Please note, we may not be able to honor your privacy related request in some instances (e.g., when an exception applies or when we cannot verify your identity).

Authorized Agents

For an authorized agent to submit a request on behalf of a consumer, you will be asked to provide an authorization form signed by the consumer.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the CCPA.

Updates to this Disclosure

This Disclosure will be updated periodically and without prior notice. We will post a notice on our website to notify you of any significant changes to this Disclosure or our privacy practices. This version is effective as of the Last Updated date above.
