2025 California Homeownership Initiative

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) has developed this initiative to assist Real Estate agents licensed in California and their clients by providing a substantial discount as a lender credit aimed at reducing the borrower’s cost of obtaining financing for the purchase or refinance of their home with a PRMG provided new residential mortgage loan in California.

PRMG will offer the borrower a lender credit in the amount of 0.5% of the total loan amount which the borrower can use towards either: obtaining a lower rate or lowering financing costs for any FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Non-QM, HECM (Reverse) residential mortgage loan obtained from PRMG. Offer valid until December 31, 2025.

As an example, on a $750,000 purchase price with an FHA loan and 3.5% down payment, the borrower would obtain a lender credit of $3,682 to be applied towards the items described above.

Real Estate agents must register on behalf of their clients by filling out the form below.

NOTE: Real Estate agents must register as many clients as they wish but only one lender credit per client per transaction will be issued. Please consult your PRMG Loan Officer or see attached information sheet for all program terms and guidelines.
