As PRMG Director of Strategic Operations, Emily applies her expertise to transform business strategy into practical, measurable execution. Since joining PRMG in 2017, she has led initiatives to standardize loan fulfillment workflows, advance collateral management technology, and strengthen compliance and quality control processes across all lending channels. Her leadership enhances accuracy, reduces turnaround times, and creates operational consistency throughout PRMG’s nationwide network.
Working closely with executive leadership, Emily oversees the development of performance metrics, automation systems, and interdepartmental coordination that drive efficiency and long-term scalability. Her focus on aligning technology, data, and people enables PRMG to sustain growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Emily has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage operations and collateral management. She previously worked in senior leadership roles at First Magnus Financial and later as a consultant for Strategic Executive Search Group, focusing on operational development and executive recruitment in the financial sector.
