You received this message because your device is not compliant with PRMG security requirements. You have until the date indicated on your notice before your device will be blocked from accessing PRMG systems. You will need to correct the security issue on your current device or use another registered, secure device.

You may also have received this message if you have an unencrypted USB device connected to your computer. All external devices must be encrypted in addition to your computer.

Possible Problems

  • The hard drive on your computer is not encrypted

  • The device is missing Windows security patches
