Paul Lucido drives PRMG’s cultural and brand vision forward, empowering employees through authentic storytelling, connection, and strategic communication.

Paul joined PRMG in 2010 and was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2018 before being appointed Chief Culture and Brand Communication Officer in 2025. In this expanded role, he leads PRMG’s cultural framework across Culture, Communication, Conferences, and Cares, ensuring employees feel valued, connected, and aligned with the mission and values that define the organization. He continues to guide key elements of PRMG’s brand identity, including the defining message “Built by Originators for Originators,” while spearheading initiatives that strengthen unity, elevate internal stories, and support teams nationwide.

Before joining PRMG, Paul built a diverse career that blended creative design, advertising, and mortgage-industry marketing. His early experience in engineering and design sharpened his technical precision, while his award-winning advertising work established his reputation for creative excellence and brand development within the mortgage sector.

As part of PRMG’s leadership team, Paul works closely with senior and executive leadership to ensure culture and communication move in step with company objectives and the evolving needs of mortgage professionals. His collaborative, people-first approach reinforces PRMG’s commitment to trust, creativity, and opportunity, helping employees feel connected to a company with heart, history, and a shared sense of purpose.
