As Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) celebrates twenty-five years of progress, perseverance, and purpose, the company today announced an important milestone in its leadership evolution. Paul Lucido has been appointed as the Chief Culture and Brand Communication Officer.

This role is the direct result of CEO Paul Rozo reflecting on the journey that brought PRMG to its silver anniversary and the culture that carried it forward. Over the past twenty-five years, Rozo has held one belief above all. People stay where they feel valued, connected, and proud to belong. Lucido’s appointment comes at a time of renewed vision. Inspired by PRMG’s Silver Anniversary and grounded in our credo of being Still Humble. Still Hungry.

Rozo shared, “Paul has always been the heartbeat of PRMG. He understands our story, our people, and the values this company was built on. This role is a natural evolution of who he already is, the guardian of our culture and the keeper of our history. Over the course of fifteen years with PRMG, beginning in 2010, Paul witnessed the company’s evolution from the inside and played a meaningful part in shaping its identity. His history, perspective, and stewardship of PRMG’s story positioned him naturally for this role.”

In this new capacity, Lucido will lead the Four Cs Framework – Culture, Communication, Conferences, and Cares (PRMG’s nonprofit devoted to giving back to the PRMG family), supported by a team of Cultural Ambassadors. Their collective purpose is to serve employees by creating meaningful moments, elevating authentic stories, and fostering pride and connection. The aim is for every employee to feel close to leadership and align with the mission, vision, and values that drive the organization, no matter how much PRMG continues to grow.

Lucido shared, “Culture is something that is earned over time. It lives in the stories we share and the moments that bring us together. For fifteen years, I have been privileged to be part of PRMG’s community built on heart, humility, and the stories that hold us together. I care deeply about helping our people feel seen, valued, and connected to something meaningful. It is an honor to help shape a culture where every employee feels a sense of belonging and purpose.”
