Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is proud to announce the appointment of Kasia Stephenson as the company’s new Chief Digital Marketing Officer, marking a significant step forward in the evolution of its digital marketing and strategy.
Stephenson brings with her more than 18 years of marketing leadership experience across the mortgage and financial services industries, where she has built a reputation as a dynamic, forward-thinking executive. Throughout her career, she has led high-impact initiatives spanning brand strategy, digital marketing, CRM optimization, content development, and enterprise-level marketing operations.
Recognized as both a 2021 and 2025 HousingWire Marketing Leader and a 2025 HousingWire Woman of Influence, Stephenson has been celebrated for her innovation, effectiveness, and transformative impact within the mortgage marketing space.
Before joining PRMG, Stephenson successfully built and scaled high-performing teams, created streamlined and compliant marketing frameworks, and led major digital transformation efforts. Her expertise includes elevating social media enablement programs, optimizing platforms for efficiency and growth, and empowering sales teams through strategies that deepen engagement and strengthen influence. Known for being direct, transparent, and relentlessly driven, but always people-first. She is equally regarded as a strong mentor, and a steady strategic force under pressure. From speaking nationally about strong brand positioning to launching collaborative cohorts that modernize origination outreach strategies, Kasia has earned her reputation as an innovation executive who blends both creativity and data-driven insights into impactful, scalable marketing operations. The Digital Marketing team also acquired exceptional talent in both Jessica Ornellas, Sr. Marketing Coordinator, and Melissa Reid, Sr. Marketing Strategist, who collectively bring over 15 years of experience in social media management, digital storytelling, and platform optimization. When you layer this powerhouse group onto an existing team that boasts some of the best MarTech in the business, there is no question that PRMG is entering a new era in how they serve their clients, partners, and customers.
