Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG) has earned the distinction as a 2025 Top Employer for Women by National Mortgage Professional’s (NMP) Mortgage Women Magazine – a recognition received by only ten mortgage companies nationwide. This acknowledgment comes as the company celebrates 25 years of commitment, strength, and progress.
NMP reports its findings that “women continue to be a powerful and transformative force in the mortgage industry – and the companies that recognize this are thriving.” Those recognized as Top Employers for Women in 2025 went beyond inclusive policy. They took meaningful and measurable action to empower women with resources, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

Lara Rausch, Senior Vice President of Credit Operations reflects on her tenure, “PRMG empowers women by recognizing talent, promoting from within, and creating real pathways to leadership.
