This program provides buyers with below-market home loan financing as well as the ability to donate to Macon a difference. Program benefits include:
- Cash Back Towards Closing: Up to 30% of the realtor commission and 0.50% of the loan amount for the transaction toward closing costs and other allowable expenses.
- Charitable Donation in Your Name to Macon the difference: 10% of the credit up to $1000 max.
BUYERS WILL GET UP TO $5000 in SAVINGS! PLUS UP TO $1000 to give to the charity of their choice.
