Working with Jerry Blevins for the financing of our new construction home was an incredible experience from start to finish. Securing a loan for a new build can already be a complex process, and navigating the underwriting details with two jobs added an extra layer of challenges. Jerry took all of that in stride, working through every single kink with patience and expertise to make sure we secured the absolute best loan program and interest rate for our financial situation. What stood out most was his unmatched dedication and responsiveness. He consistently put in long hours to keep our file moving forward, taking the time to answer our questions and explain details thoroughly, even during evenings and over weekends. Having that level of communication and support gave us total peace of mind throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for his hard work and cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable, dedicated mortgage professional.

There aren’t enough good things I can say about Abdel. His work ethic, his knowledgeability in the lending and real estate space, his availability. Abdel and his team were absolutely tremendous and I don’t think I would have closed in 2.5 weeks with anyone else, especially working with a jumbo loan in a different state. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you for all your hard work Abdel & team.

Alex

Phenomenal experience which I have found increasingly rare these days. Met or exceeded all my expectations. I trust him with myself or any of my customers.

Tom

One of the best in the business. Abdel and his team kept everything on track so that we were clear to close 2 weeks before closing! Thank you from Tonie and Tom

We had such a wonderful experience working with Frank throughout the entire home-buying process. From start to finish, he stayed on top of everything that was needed to secure our loan and made sure we always knew what was happening and what needed to be done. Frank was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, organized, and patient with all of our questions. Even when things got stressful or unexpected issues came up, he stayed on top of them and worked hard to keep everything moving forward. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but having someone who was so attentive and committed to helping us made a huge difference. We truly appreciate all of Frank’s hard work and dedication and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone to help them with their home loan!

Jerry Blevins! He is awesome! He walked me through every step of the loan process. He practically held my hand every step of the way and made it happen!! He answered my calls and/or returned my calls every time I had a question and he had the answers. He does this for every client he has. He really cares. If I bought a hundred houses, he would be the only one I would go to. I highly recommend calling him for your mortgage needs.
