While the company has enjoyed many local and national top rankings throughout its existence, this most recent ranking is extra special because it is PRMG’s first time reigning in at the #1 spot!

Rozo was interviewed and asked a series of questions which ranged from employee culture, to navigating the pandemic, transitioning to working remotely and finally, maintaining a work-life balance. He gives much of the credit to his leadership team and the 250 employees who have been with him since the Great Recession.
