Vanessa graduated with a dual degree in Management and International business from Florida International University (FIU). Her career began as an Attorneys’ assistant for a Real Estate Title Company in Coral Gables, FL in 2003, managing all title work and procedures to make closing date a success. Mrs. Gonzalez became a real estate agent in 2009 and managed a Real Estate Company in Miami for five years.
Vanessa has extensive product knowledge and experience in purchases as well as refinances. These loan types include Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo loans.
