It’s the perfect time in the industry to bring on such a highly skilled Mortgage Strategist/VA Specialist! J.D. Peck brings with him nearly 20 years in the Mortgage and Real Estate business. This includes a wide range of experience with home sales and new construction.
His industry training has consisted of Real Estate education from Jones College and basic Mortgage Licensing requirements. Combining his formal education and professional experience, he’s created the ability to structure a mortgage where other lenders may not be able to. Peck indicated that being individually licensed in 23 states has its advantages, this includes staying abreast of different industry changes so he can remain aware of changes that may benefit his borrowers.
“I pride myself on product and guideline knowledge which compliments working for a company which has no overlays to the master servicer guidelines” said, Peck.
